Public Offer for Information and Consulting Services Agreement

This document is a public offer from Sole Proprietor Lukovsky Alexey Vladimirovich (TIN 010514642997, PSRNSP 316619600089780), the "Contractor", addressed to any legally capable individual or entity (the "Customer"), to enter into an agreement for the Element AI service (elementai.online) under the terms below.

Acceptance of this offer occurs when the Customer registers via OAuth (Google or Yandex) and/or makes a first Banana package purchase.

The Contractor provides the Customer with access to the Element AI service for AI-powered generation of product photos and infographic product cards.

"Banana" is the Service's internal unit of account, granted on signup (free) and on top-up, and charged for each generation. The cost per generation in Bananas depends on content type (photo/card) and the selected resolution (1K/2K/4K), shown to the Customer before confirming the generation.

Banana package prices are listed on the "Pricing" page and may be changed by the Contractor; price changes do not affect already purchased Bananas.

Payment is accepted in RUB via Robokassa (bank cards, SBP). A fiscal receipt is issued per Federal Law No. 54-FZ.

If a generation fails due to a technical error, the charged Bananas are automatically refunded to the Customer's balance.

Refunds for unused Bananas are available on request within 14 days of payment, per Russian consumer protection law, provided the Bananas were not spent on generations.
