This Privacy Policy describes how Element AI (elementai.online), operated by Sole Proprietor Lukovsky Alexey Vladimirovich (TIN 010514642997), processes users' personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".
2. Data we collect
Data received via OAuth (Google, Yandex): email, name, avatar.
Product photos uploaded for generation, and the generated results.
Payment and Banana package purchase history (full card data is processed by Robokassa, not stored by us).
Technical data: IP address, cookies, usage analytics.
3. Purposes of processing
Providing access to the Service and image generation.
Crediting/charging Bananas, processing payments.
Improving the Service and providing support.
Compliance with Russian legal requirements.
4. Third-party data sharing
OpenRouter (and the underlying AI providers behind Nano Banana 2 / GPT Image 2) — to perform image generation from uploaded photos.
Robokassa — to process payments and issue fiscal receipts per 54-FZ.
Google and Yandex — for OAuth sign-in.
